工业维检修作业智能化探索

摘要 针对企业设备安全维检修问题,借助物联网技术,建立了智能化维检修云平台(HSM),详细阐述了HSM维检修云平台体系架构。通过物联网的感知层可以感知到人机物,通过物联网的应用层可以按规章制度制定固化业务流程、界定各方责任。融合物联网技术与企业维检修业务,该平台为操作者提供了方便快捷的操作工具,为管理者提供了可视可控的管理工具,从根本上实现了维检修作业的智能化、安全化。 In view of the problem on how to safely carry out the industrial maintenance for equipment in enterprises, the maintenance cloud platform(HSM) based on intelligentization was established with the help of internet of things(IOT) technology. The system and structure of HSM were described in detail. Depending on the perception layer of IOT, the human, machines and objects could be perceived while by means of the application layer of IOT, the consolidated business processes could be formulated and the responsibilities concerning all parties were defined according to the rules and regulations. By syncretizing IOT with the maintenance service for enterprises, the platform could provide convenient and fast operating tools for operators and provide visual and controllable management tools for managers and so the maintenance work based on intelligentization and safety was achieved fundamentally.
