摘要
在我国新一轮电力市场改革背景下,电力现货市场建设进程进一步加快。随着新能源装机的快速增长,将会对电力现货市场竞价交易带来很大影响。基于我国试点运行的现货交易机制,对现行几种新能源参与市场模式进行了分析并提出了适用于新能源快速发展阶段的市场参与机制。建立了包含新能源参与的省级日前市场机组组合模型和实时市场安全经济调度模型。基于某省级电力市场实际运行数据,分析了新能源参与现货市场的不同方式对市场出清价格的影响,讨论了不同新能源渗透率条件下的市场运行结果,为省级现货市场建设提供了参考。
Under the background of China’s new round of electricity market reform,the construction process of spot electricity market speeds up.With the rapid growth of the installed capacity of renewable energy,it will have a great impact on the spot electricity market bidding.Based on the pilot spot trading mechanism in China,the paper analysis the participation patterns of the renewable energy in the spot electricity market,proposes the participation mechanism of the market applying to the fast developing stage of the renewable energy,and establishes a provincial day ahead market unit commitment model and a real-time safe economic scheduling model with the renewable energy participation.Based on the actual operation data from a provincial power market,this paper analyzes and compares the difference between the participation patterns of the renewable energy in the spot electricity market,and discusses the market operation results under different renewable energy penetration conditions,providing a reference for the construction of provincial spot electricity market.
