腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的效果观察

The Effect of Laparoscopic Left Extrahepatic Lobectomy on Intrahepatic Bile Duct Stones

目的:分析针对肝内胆管结石患者采取腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术临床治疗的效果与价值。方法:选取院内收治肝内胆管结石患者共计100例,其中观察组与对照组各50例,分别实施常规切除术以及左肝外叶切除术,对比两组患者手术后各临床指标、并发症以及肝功能指标情况,探究针对肝内胆管结石患者采取左肝外叶切除术的价值。结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组对比对照组在并发症以及临床各指标方面存在明显优势,差异显著(P<0.05);肝功能指标方面,除去ALT(P<0.05)外,其余差异很小。结论:针对肝内胆管结石患者采取左肝外叶切除术具有良好的效果,可以改善预后表现,提升临床各方面指标,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect and value of laparoscopic left extrahepatic lobectomy for patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods:A total of 100 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones treated in a hospital were selected and divided into the observation group(laparoscopic left extrahepatic lobectomy)and the control group(conventional resection),with 50 patients in each group.The investigate the value of left extrahepatic lobectomy for patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones by comparing the clinical indexes,complications and liver function indexes of the two groups.Results:Through the comparative development of the study,the observation group had significant advantages over the control group in terms of complications and clinical indicators,with significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of liver function indicators,except for ALT(P<0.05),the remaining differences were small.Conclusion:Laparoscopic left extrahepatic lobectomy for patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones has a good effect,which can improve the prognostic performance,improve clinical indicators,and has clinical promotion value.
