乳糖酸阿奇霉素在治疗小儿支气管炎中的效果及安全性观察

Effect and Safety of Azithromycin Lactobionate in the Treatment of Children with Bronchitis

目的:分析针对支气管炎患儿使用乳糖酸阿奇霉素临床治疗的效果与可靠性。方法:选取支气管炎患儿共计300例,根据科学分组的方式划分为对照组和观察组各150例,分别采取对照治疗。其中,观察组支气管炎患儿使用乳糖酸阿奇霉素进行治疗,对照组患儿采取常规青霉素治疗,对比两组患儿临床治疗效果、并发症发病情况以及症状消退时间方面的差异。结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组患儿在临床治疗效果方面优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);在症状消退以及并发症抑制方面,观察组同样占优(P<0.05)。结论:采取乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗支气管炎患儿可以有效提升临床治疗效果,同时缩短患儿的临床症状表现时间,在减少并发症的发病率方面也具有一定的功效。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and reliability of azithromycin lactobionate in children with bronchitis.Methods:A total of 300 children with bronchitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the scientific grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.Among them,the children in the observation group were treated with azithromycin lactobionate,and the children in the control group were treated with conventional penicillin.The differences of the clinical treatment effects,the incidence of complications,and the time of symptom regression between the two groups were compared.Results:Through research and comparison,it was found that the children in the observation group were better than the control group in clinical treatment effect,with significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of time of symptom regression and suppression of complications,the observation group was also dominant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking azithromycin lactobionate to treat children with bronchitis can effectively improve the clinical effect,shorten the time of clinical symptoms and manifestations,and also has certain effect in reducing the incidence of complications.
