肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸内科的临床应用及疗效观察

Clinical Application and Curative effect Observation of Adrenocortical Hormone in Respiratory Medicine

目的:分析肾上腺皮质激素应用于呼吸内科的治疗效果。方法:2017年6月~2018年6月在某院呼吸内科治疗的患者中随机选出126例进行研究,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上再给予肾上腺皮质激素进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,对照组为87.30%,观察组的疗效更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的FEV 1、FEV 1%均有所改善,观察组肺功能恢复更佳,两组肺功能改善情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸内科疾病在常规治疗的基础上再给予肾上腺皮质激素,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of adrenocortical hormone in respiratory medicine.Methods:126 patients treated in a hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.63 cases in the control group were treated with routine therapy and 63 cases in the observation group were treated with adrenocortical hormone on the basis of routine treatment,then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.24%in the observation group and 87.30%in the control group.The curative effect of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1 and FEV1%of the two groups were improved.The pulmonary function recovered better in the observation group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adrenocortical hormone for respiratory diseases on the basis of routine treatment has significant therapeutic effect.
