病毒唑联合喜炎平治疗手足口病患儿的疗效研究

Effect of Ribavirin Combined with Xiyanping in the Treatment of Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:探讨病毒唑联合喜炎平治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效。方法:择取2019年1月~12月期间在某院进行治疗的120例手足口病患儿参与本次研究,通过抽签法进行随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组开展喜炎平治疗,观察组开展病毒唑联合喜炎平治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗总有效率、症状消失时间,以及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状消失时间少于对照组,CRP水平低于对照组,经统计学分析差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿手足口病行病毒唑与喜炎平联合治疗效果确切,故值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:120 children with hand foot and mouth disease treated in a hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots,with 60 cases in each group.Xiyanping treatment was used in the control group and ribavirin combined with Xiyanping treatment was used in the observation group,then the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the time of symptom disappearance and the level of C reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the symptom disappearance time was less than that in the control group,the CRP level was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ribavirin and Xiyanping for pediatric hand foot and mouth disease is effective,so it is worthy of promotion.
