摘要
目的:研究个体化教育对初产妇分娩应对能力的效果及其可能对分娩结局产生的影响。方法:选择2018年12月~2020年5月内某院产科接收的120例初产妇,按随机分类法分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用个体化教育,分析两组分娩应对能力及分娩结局。结果:对照组分娩应对量表(CCB)评分及自然分娩率均低于观察组,并发症发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化教育可有效提高初产妇分娩应对能力,改善分娩结局,减少并发症发生。
Objective:To study the effect of individualized education on coping ability of primipara and its possible influence on the outcome of childbirth.Methods:120 primiparas admitted to a hospital from December 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random classification.The control group adopted conventional nursing measures,while the observation group adopted individualized education.The coping ability and outcome of two groups were analyzed.Results:The delivery response scale(CCB)score and natural delivery rate in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,and the incidence of complications was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The individualized education can effectively improve the coping ability,improve the outcome and reduce the complications of puerpera.
