自制漱口液对大鼠创伤性溃疡的作用研究

Effect of homemade gargle on traumatic ulcer in rats

目的评价自制漱口液对大鼠创伤性溃疡的治疗效果。方法以98%冰乙酸溶液灼烧下唇黏膜的方法建立SD大鼠口腔溃疡模型,随机分为空白对照组(无处理)、实验组(自制漱口液)、阳性对照组(西帕依固龈液)、阴性对照组(生理盐水),每天给予对应药物20μL作用于溃疡表面3 min,2次/d,连续7 d,记录SD大鼠口腔溃疡面积变化、溃疡程度及溃疡愈合时间。结果自制漱口液对SD大鼠创伤性口腔溃疡模型有较好的治疗作用。结论自制漱口液能有效防治创伤性溃疡。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of self-made gargle on traumatic ulcer in rats. Methods The oral ulcer model of SD rats was established by burning the lower lip mucosa with 98% glacial acetic acid solution. The rats were randomly divided into the blank control group(no treatment), the experimental group(self-made gargle), the positive control group(Xipayi gum firming solution)and the negative control group(normal saline). 20 μL of the corresponding drug was given to the ulcer surface for 3 min, twice a day for 7 days The change of ulcer area, ulcer degree and ulcer healing time. Results Homemade gargle had a good therapeutic effect on SD rats with traumatic oral ulcer. Conclusions Homemade gargle can effectively prevent and treat traumatic ulcer.
