血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭并骨代谢异常的疗效观察

Effect observation of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on chronic renal failure with abnormal bone metabolism

目的分析血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭并骨代谢异常疗效、骨代谢指标及并发症研究。方法选择乌鲁木齐市友谊医院2018年2月-2020年2月收治的80例慢性肾衰竭并骨代谢异常患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组40例采用血液透析治疗,研究组40例使用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,对两组治疗疗效、骨代谢指标及并发症进行比较。结果研究组治疗总有效率92.50%比对照组80.00%高(P <0.05);研究组治疗后Ca(2.05±0.19)mg/dl、P(1.23±0.19)mg/dl、FGF23(311.27±28.30)pg/dl等指标比对照组优(P <0.05);研究组低血压、恶心呕吐、肌肉痉挛并发症等比对照组低(P <0.05)。结论临床使用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗慢性肾衰竭并骨代谢异常患者,能更有效改善患者骨代谢指标,降低并发症发生率,还能提高其治疗效果,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of chronic renal failure with abnormal bone metabolism, bone metabolism indexes and complications. Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure and abnormal bone metabolism admitted to Urumqi Friendship Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group were treated with hemodialysis, and 40 cases in the study group were treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. The therapeutic effect, bone metabolism index and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group(P < 0.05);after treatment, the indexes of Ca(2.05 ± 0.19)mg/dl, P(1.23 ±0.19)mg/dl, FGF23(311.27 ± 28.30)pg/dl of the study group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05);the complications of hypotension, nausea and vomiting, muscle spasm of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The clinical use of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure and abnormal bone metabolism can more effectively improve the bone metabolism index, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
