三联心理干预法对乳腺癌根治术后患者生活质量的影响

Influence of triple psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后患者实施三联心理干预疗法对其生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2018年10月至2019年11月进行乳腺癌根治术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,通过护理干预方式不同分为对照组和实验组,两组各30例。对照组患者术后予以一般心理护理干预,观察组患者予以松弛训练、支持性心理疗法、宣泄法三联心理干预模式。对比两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及术后生活质量量表评分。结果两组患者进行护理干预后,观察组SAS评分为(33.28±5.04)分、SDS评分为(36.41±4.16)分,对照组SAS评分为(41.71±5.35)分、SDS评分为(41.59±5.22)分,观察组各评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);护理前,两组患者生理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情感功能、一般状况以及精神健康各评分均无明显差异(P> 0.05),护理后,两组患者生活质量各评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对乳腺癌根治术后患者实施三联心理干预疗法可减轻患者焦虑抑郁不良情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of triple psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy. Methods From October 2018 to November 2019, 60 patients who underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Through different nursing interventions, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 30 in each group. The patients in the experimental group received relaxation training, supportive psychotherapy and catharsis. The scores of SAS, SDS and QOL were compared before and after intervention. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS were(33.28 ± 5.04)and(36.41 ± 4.16)in the observation group,(41.71 ± 5.35)and(41.59 ± 5.22)in the control group, respectively,which were lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function, physical function, social function, emotional function, general condition and mental health between the two groups(P > 0.05).After nursing, the scores of quality of life of the two groups were higher than before nursing, and the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions The triple psychological intervention therapy for patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy can reduce their anxiety and depression, improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
