临床护理路径对老年高血压临床效果、血压水平及心理状态影响

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on clinical effect,blood pressure level and psychological state of elderly patients with hypertension

目的老年高血压应用临床护理路径临床效果、心理状态与血压水平情况分析。方法选取本院2019年1月-2019年12月诊治140例老年高血压患者资料,随机分两组,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以临床护理路径,分析两组疗效、血压与心理状态情况。结果研究组总有效98.57%比对照组88.57%高,差异具统计意义(P <0.05,χ2=4.2748);研究组舒张压(80.58±7.82)mmHg、收缩压(111.63±7.26)mmHg均比对照组低(P <0.05,t=7.8153;21.6790);且研究组SDS(32.48±5.19)分、SAS(33.76±5.31)分均比对照组少,差异具统计意义(P <0.05,t=12.4872;11.3366)。结论老年高血压应用临床护理路径干预,可有效降低其血压水平,改善患者心理状态指标,临床效果显著,具一定应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect, psychological state and blood pressure level of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 140 cases of elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, the study group was treated with clinical nursing path. The curative effect, blood pressure and psychological state between two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.57%, which was higher than that of the control group(88.57%, P < 0.05, χ~2= 4.2748). The diastolic pressure(80.58 ±7.82)mm Hg and systolic pressure(111.63 ± 7.26)mm Hg of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05, t =7.8153;21.6790). The SDS(32.48 ± 5.19)and SAS(33.76 ± 5.31)of the study group were less than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05, t = 12.4872;11.3366). Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathway in elderly hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure level and improve the psychological state of patients. The clinical effect is significant and has a certain application value.
