健康体检路径对体检者满意度和体检效率的影响

Impact of health checkup path on satisfaction and efficiency of checkup

目的探讨健康体检路径对体检者满意度和体检效率的影响。方法研究对象选取2019年4月至2020年5月间于本院进行常规体检者960例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各480例。对照组采用常规体检教育,观察组采用健康体检路径。记录两组体检时间,评价两组体检者体检时间、健康知识掌握情况、满意度、护理人员在健康体检中的作用。结果观察组体检时间(62.48±18.43)min,短于对照组的(75.47±20.35)min,健康知识评分(9.07±0.38)分,高于对照组的(7.12±1.90)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总满意率为97.71%(469/480),高于对照组的92.29%(443/480),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理人员沟通能力(8.19±0.92)分、健康宣教(8.34±0.78)分、主动服务(9.03±0.44)分、护理礼仪(9.11±0.38),分别高于对照组的(6.49±1.58)分、(6.67±1.35)分、(8.28±1.09)分、(8.10±0.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论健康体检路径可提高体检者的满意度和健康知识,能够提升健康体检的效率和质量,可促进护理人员综合素质的持续提升,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the impact of the path of health examination on the satisfaction and efficiency of checkup. Methods960 patients who underwent routine physical examination in our hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 480 cases in each group. The control group were given routine physical examination education,and the observation group were treated with a healthy physical examination path. The physical examination time between two groups were recorded. The physical examination time, health knowledge, satisfaction and the role of nursing staff in the physical examination were evaluated. Results The physical examination time in the observation group was(62.48 ± 18.43)minutes, which was shorter than that in the control group(75.47 ± 20.35)minutes. And the health knowledge score in the observation group was(9.07 ± 0.38)points, which was higher than that in the control group(7.12 ± 1.90)points. The differences were significant(P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate with97.71%(469/480)in the observation group was higher than 92.29%(443/480)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Communicated ability(8.19 ± 0.92)points, health education(8.34 ± 0.78)points, active service(9.03 ± 0.44)points, and nursing etiquette(9.11 ± 0.38)of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group which were(6.49 ± 1.58)points,(6.67 ± 1.35)points,(8.28 ± 1.09)points and(8.10 ± 0.97)points, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions The path of health examination can improve the satisfaction and health knowledge of the examinee.It can improve the efficiency and quality of health examination and promote the continuous improvement of the overall quality of nursing staff, so it has promotion value.
