前馈控制在门诊护理风险管理中的效果观察

Observation about the effect of feedforward control in risk management of outpatient nursing

目的探讨前馈控制在门诊护理风险管理中的效果。方法研究对象选取本院2018年2月到2019年2月间门诊护理患者1744例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各872例。对照组给予常规护理的管理办法,实验组给予前馈控制的管理办法。比较两组护理不良事件发生率、护理质量、护理满意率。结果实验组各护理不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),实验组护理不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组护理质量各项目评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组护理满意率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论应用前馈控制管理模式,能够有效降低护理不良事件发生率,提高护理质量,提升护理满意率,值得在临床护理推广。

Objective To explore the effect of feed-forward control in outpatient nursing risk management. Methods 1744 outpatients from February 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 872 patients in each group. The control group was given routine care management method, and the test group was treated with feedforward control management method. The incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The scores of various items of nursing quality in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of feedforward control management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events, improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction rate of nursing.
