柴油车调头工况SCR转化效率低故障试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文首先对SCR效率转化低故障发生进行描述;其次分析导致SCR转化效率低故障发生机理,依次对SCR催化器、SCR平均温度、尿素喷射量、调头后加速强度、调头时滑行时间等影响SCR转化效率的因素进行试验分析;然后对改进控制策略进行试验分析。试验结果表明,改进后策略能有效解决调头工况时SCR转化效率低故障发生情况。 This paper first describes the low conversion efficiency error of SCR.Second,it analyzes the mechanism of error caused by low conversion efficiency error of SCR.It tests factors such as SCR catalyst,SC,average temperature,urea injection volume,acceleration intensity after u-turn,sliding time for u-turn that affect the SCR conversion efficiency.Last,it tests base improvement strategy.The test results showed that improvement strategy resolved the low conversion efficiency error of SCR in u-turn condition.
