摘要
使用COMSOL仿真分析软件,对金属基体非金属涂层厚度进行仿真分析。建立绕线线圈与被测金属板等效电路理论模型,仿真分析不同激励频率与不同提离距离时测量探头两端信号的变化情况,并提取信号峰值作为特征值,分析其与提离距离的对应关系。仿真发现,在激励信号、环境参数一定的情况下,激励频率越大,线圈探头两端信号电压幅值越大;在激励频率一定时,线圈探头电压随提离距离的增大而减小。实验验证,仿真与实验结论一致。
COMSOL simulation analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the thickness of the non-metallic coating on the metal substrate.The theoretical model of the winding coil and the measured metal plate was established.The simulation analyzed the signal changes at both ends of the probe when the measurement probe was at different excitation frequencies and changes the lift-off distance,and used the signal peaks at both ends of the coil probe as the eigenvalues to analyze the correspondence between the lift-off distances.The analysis found that with a certain excitation voltage and environmental parameters,the greater the excitation frequency,the greater the amplitude of the signal at both ends of the coil probe;when the excitation frequency was constant,the coil probe voltage decreased with increasing distance from the lift.The simulation results are verified by establishing experiments,and the results show that the simulation model is consistent with the experimental results.
