摘要
安全行驶性能是轨道车辆动力学性能研究的重要内容。以某型号配砟车为研究对象,基于多体动力学法,采用Simpack建立整车计算模型,并以车辆的运行稳定性、运行平稳性和曲线通过性为指标,对该配砟车安全行驶性能进行了校核。研究表明,在美国Ⅴ级线路轨道谱激励下,该型配砟车的失稳临界速度为117 km/h,满足设计要求。在此基础上,对该配砟车运行过程中横向、垂向平稳性指标及通过曲线时的脱轨系数和轮轴横向力进行了计算,结果表明,该型号配砟车各参数均符合国家标准要求。
The riding safety is an important part of the research on the dynamic performances of railway vehicles.This paper takes a ballast regulating machine as the research object.Based on the multi-body dynamics method,the model of the ballast regulating machine is established by Simpack.The riding quality,riding stability and curve negotiation performance of the vehicle are taken as the indices to check the riding safety of the ballast regulating machine.The critical velocity of the ballast regulating machine is 117 km/h,which meets the design requirements of the ballast regulating machine.Moreover,the lateral and vertical stability index,coefficient of derailment and lateral force of wheel axle during the movement of the ballast regulating machine are calculated.The results show that all indexes of the ballast regulating machine meet the requirements of national standards.
