装配式工厂物料配送多重影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Material Distribution in Prefabricated Factories based on DEMATEL Method

针对我国装配式工厂生产的现状及问题,以工厂流水线物料配送为研究主体,将现阶段影响物料配送的因素分为三个方面,分别为技术因素、组织管理因素和人员因素;运用DEMATEL方法计算影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因度等指标,分析影响因素之间的相关关系;依据分析的结果,提出构建装配式工厂物料配送相关体系,以期对工厂物料管理提供借鉴,最终提高工厂生产效率。

Aiming at the status quo and problems of assembly plant production in China,the main body of the production line is the material distribution of the factory.The factors affecting the material distribution at this stage are divided into three aspects,which are technical factors,organizational management factors,and personnel factors.The DEMATEL method is used to calculate the impact degree,affected degree,and center.According to the results of the analysis,it proposes to build a material distribution related system of the PC component factory,in order to provide reference for the material management of the PC component factory,and ultimately improve the production efficiency of the factory.
