摘要
为考查金属橡胶桥梁支座的转动性能,设计并加工了3个模型支座,试验得到了支座的转动力矩与转角关系,研究了竖向压力对支座转动刚度的影响,探究了支座的转动刚度与初始压应力的关系,得到了支座的转动刚度与初始压应力的关系表达式.结果表明:金属橡胶支座能够满足桥梁对支座转动性能的要求,具有较好转动性能;金属橡胶支座的转动刚度随初始压力的增大而增加,有明显的线性关系.
In order to investigate the rotation performance of the metal rubber bridge bearing,three bearing models are designed,and the curve of bearing rotational moment and angle is obtained by test.The influence of vertical pressure on the rotational stiffness of the bearing is studied,the relationship between the rotational stiffness and the initial compressive stress of the bearing is investigated,and the expression of the relationship between the rotational stiffness and the initial compressive stress of the bearing is completed.The results show that the metal rubber bearing can meet the requirements of the bridge for the rotational performance of the bearing,and has good rotational performance;the rotational stiffness of the metal rubber bearing increases with the increase of the initial pressure,which has obvious linear relationship.
