盾构隧道冻结法与钢套筒联合接收施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 复杂地质环境中进行盾构进出洞施工有很大的风险,端头加固措施被应用于工程中来提高洞门区域土体强度.以苏州轨道交通5号线某区间中间风井盾构接收工程为背景,针对苏州富水软弱地层特点,设计采用冻结法加固洞门区域土体,并采用钢套筒进行盾构接收,设计提出了相关工艺参数以及施工方法.根据盾尾和冷冻加固区域的相对位置以及施工流程,将盾构进洞段的推进施工分为三个阶段,比较分析各阶段的掘进速度、土仓压力等参数.并且监测数据显示对地表沉降的控制效果较好.冻结法与钢套筒法联合接收施工技术的成功应用能有效抑制漏水漏砂、有效控制地层变形,能为苏州周边地区或者相似地质特点的盾构隧道施工提高参考. There are great risks in the construction of shield tunneling in and out of the tunnel in a complex geological environment.End reinforcement measures are applied in the project to improve the strength of the soil in the tunnel area.Taking the shield receiving project in the middle of a section in Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5 as the background,in view of the characteristics of Suzhou's water-rich and weak stratum,the design adopts the freezing method to reinforce the soil in the portal area,and adopts the shield to receive in the steel sleeve.The relevant process parameters and construction methods are proposed.According to the relative position of the shield tail and the freezing reinforcement area and the construction process,the advancement construction of the shield tunnel section is divided into three stages,and the parameters such as the tunneling speed and soil pressure of each stage are compared and analyzed.And the monitoring data show that the control effect of the ground subsidence is better.The successful application of the combined reception construction technology of the freezing method and the steel sleeve method can effectively suppress water leakage and sand leakage and control stratum deformation,which can be used as a reference for the construction of shield tunnels in the surrounding area of Suzhou or similar geological characteristics.
