摘要
提高TBM对不良地质的适应能力,减小不良地质对TBM施工的影响,是保证水利隧洞安全高效施工的关键.结合清远水利枢纽库区取水工程4#隧洞TBM施工时受高强度硬岩、断层破碎带影响,导致TBM刀盘快速磨损、卡机、开挖不均的情况,从QTBM模型出发,研究了高岩石强度、高石英含量地质条件及断层破碎带TBM掘进关键技术.结果表明,以QTBM=1为参考值,通过调整TBM掘进参数、施工技术、装备配置同时积极采用超前支护措施,可有效提高TBM的掘进效率.
To improve the adaptability of TBM to adverse geological conditions and reduce the impact of adverse geological conditions on TBM construction is the key to ensure the safe and efficient construction of hydraulic tunnel.Considering the TBM construction of No.4 tunnel of Water intake project in Qingyuan Water Control Project reservoir under the influence of high strength hard rock and fault fracture zone,which leads to the rapid wear of TBM cutter,machine clamping and uneven excavation,this paper studied the key technology of TBM tunneling in the geological conditions of high rock strength and high quartz content from the QTBM model.Taking QTBM=1 as the reference value,the results show that the tunneling efficiency of TBM can be effectively improved by adjusting TBM excavation parameters,construction technology,equipment configuration and actively adopting advanced supporting measures.
