摘要 运用Simpack动力学仿真软件建立160 km/h快捷货车模型,研究了二系横向减振器性能参数对快捷货车动力学性能的影响.结果表明:节点刚度在2~15 MN/m范围内变化时,对快捷货车动力学性能影响较明显;阻尼系数为35 kN·s/m时,快捷货车运行平稳性最优,且阻尼系数对快捷货车垂向动力学性能影响较小;卸荷速度取值0.08~0.10 m/s范围内,有利于快捷货车曲线通过. The model of fast freight wagon is established by using SIMPACK software.Based on the model,the effect of key parameters of secondary lateral damper on dynamic performance has been investigated.The results indicate that the node stiffness of the damper affects the dynamic performance of the fast freight wagon significantly in the range of 2~15 MN/m.The damping coefficient has little influence on the vertical dynamic performance of the wagon,and the wagon attains the optimal lateral ride comfort at the damping coefficient of 35 kN·s/m.The unloading rate in the range of 0.08~0.1 m/s contributes to the curve negotiation of the wagon.
