摘要
EH40大热输入焊接钢为制造船舶用钢,目前在造船行业得到广泛应用。对于EH40钢厚板的焊接技术当前被众多学者研究。文中归纳了当前国内针对EH40钢焊接技术的研究现状,并对当前已开发的针对EH40钢厚板的焊接技术进行了总结。阐述了焊接热循环下EH40钢接头组织与力学性能的演变规律,介绍当前工业生产中常用的埋弧焊、气电立焊、电渣焊及窄间隙GMA焊的工艺应用。
EH40 high-heat-input steel is a kind of ship steel,which is widely used in shipbuilding industry.The welding techniques of EH40 steel thick plates have been studied by many researchers. In this paper,the current domestic research status of EH40 steel welding technology and the developed welding techniques for EH40 steel thick plates were summarized. The evolution of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints of EH40 steel under welding thermal cycles was illustrated. The applications of the commonly used welding processes such as submerged arc welding,gas electric vertical welding,electroslag welding and narrow gap GMA welding,were introduced.
