面向智能制造的智慧供应链绩效评价研究——以六大制造业为例 被引量:3

Research on Performance Evaluation of Smart Supply Chain under Smart Manufacturing Mode—Taking Six Manufacturing Industries for Example

摘要 智慧供应链绩效评价是在智能制造模式下对智慧供应链的运行状况和运营成果的全面评估。文章针对智能制造模式下智慧供应链的特点,从战略层、战术层和营运层三个层面构建了智慧供应链绩效评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定各指标权重。选取我国经济较发达地区的汽车、服装、电子产品、家电、医药和食品六大制造行业企业作为研究对象,比较分析各行业智慧供应链绩效水平。结果表明:在智能制造模式下智慧供应链绩效水平最高的是电子产品制造业,其次是医药、汽车和家电制造业,而服装和食品制造业最低,其智慧供应链管理意识需要进一步提高。 Smart supply chain performance evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation of the operation status and results of smart supply chain under the smart manufacturing mode.This paper focuses on the characteristics of smart supply chain under the smart manufacturing mode and constructs it from the three levels of strategy,tactics and operation.The smart supply chain performance evaluation index system is developed,and the entropy method is used to determine the weight of each index.Selecting six major manufacturing industries in the economically developed areas in China as the research objects,including automobile,clothing,electronic products,home appliances,medicine and food,a comparative analysis of the performance of smart supply chains in these industries shows that the electronic product manufacturing industry has the highest level of performance,followed by the pharmaceutical,automobile and home appliance manufacturing industries,while the clothing and food manufacturing industries have the lowest level and their awareness of smart supply chain management needs to be further promoted.
