Promotion and application of Work Safety Standardization in hydraulic engineering

为更好地将安全生产标准化应用于实际,为水利管理单位安全生产工作服务,以秦淮新河枢纽为实例,探讨总结了安全生产标准化在秦淮新河节制闸主滚轮维修、止水橡皮更换施工期间的推广与应用,并提出了应用要点。对提升水利工程管理工作安全性与规范性有重要的现实意义,可为今后同类工程提供经验。

In order to better apply the standardization of safety production to practice,and to serve the work of safety production in Water Conservancy management units,taking the Qinhuai Xinhe junction as an example,this paper discusses and summarizes the popularization and application of safety production standardization during the maintenance of main roller wheel and replacement of water seal rubber in Qinhuai Xinhe sluice,and puts forward the main points of application.This is of great practical significance to enhance the safety and standardization of hydraulic engineering management,and provides useful experience for similar projects in the future.
