景区环境与运动体验满意度对游客环境恢复性感知的影响

Impact of scenic area environment and sports experience satisfaction on tourists’perception of environmental restoration

【目的】研究景区环境感知和运动体验与健康功效的关系。【方法】以随机抽样的方法对衢州市柯城区灵鹫山森林运动小镇的游客进行问卷调查,获取相关数据信息。采用结构方程进行分析,研究森林运动型景区环境感知和休闲运动体验满意度对游客环境恢复性感知的影响。【结果】①森林运动小镇景区环境感知满意度对游客环境恢复性感知有显著的正向影响,标准化路径系数均值为0.26。对游客环境恢复性感知4个维度的影响大小依次为延展性(0.29)>魅力性(0.27)>兼容性(0.25)>远离(0.23),对4个维度的影响程度差别不大。在森林景区环境感知构成要素中,生态环境质量对游客森林环境感知满意度的负荷量最大,为0.74。②休闲运动体验满意度对游客环境恢复性感知有显著(P<0.05)的正向影响,标准化路径系数均值为0.86,对游客环境恢复性感知4个维度的影响程度从大到小依次为远离(0.90)>兼容性(0.88)>魅力性(0.84)>延展性(0.82),对4个维度之间的影响程度差别不大。休闲运动体验满意度中,运动设施与运动兴趣的负荷量最大,均为0.59。③从路径系数差异来看,休闲运动体验满意度对游客环境恢复性感知的影响(0.86)高于景区环境感知满意度(0.26)。【结论】森林景区环境质量和森林休闲运动体验均对游客环境恢复性感知具有显著的正向影响,但森林休闲运动体验的影响大于景区环境质量;影响森林景区环境感知满意度的最大因素是生态环境质量,影响休闲运动体验满意度的最大因素是运动设施的丰富性和森林运动项目的趣味性。对于森林运动型旅游景区而言,应该更多地关注如何提高森林休闲运动项目的丰富性和趣味性。

[Objective]This study aims to investigate the relationship between environmental perception,sports experience and health efficacy of scenic spots.[Method]Using random sampling,the tourists in Lingjiu mountain forest sports town in Quzhou City of Zhejiang were investigated by questionnaire to obtain the relevant data.The structural equation was used to analyze the impact of environmental perception and leisure sports experience satisfaction of forest sports scenic spots on tourists’environmental restoration perception.[Result](1)The environmental perception satisfaction had a significant positive impact on tourists’perception of environmental restoration.The mean value of standardized path coefficient was 0.26.The influence of the four dimensions on environmental restoration perception from large to small was ductility (0.29), charisma(0.27), compatibility (0.25), distance (0.23). Among the elements of environmental perception in forest scenicspots, the load of ecological environment quality on tourists’ satisfaction of forest environmental perception wasthe largest, which was 0.74. (2) Leisure sports experience satisfaction had a significant positive impact ontourists’ perception of environmental restoration (P<0.05). The average value of standardized path coefficientwas 0.86, and the degree of influence on the four dimensions of environmental restoration perception from largeto small was distance (0.90), compatibility (0.88), charisma (0.84), ductility (0.82), which showed littledifference between the four dimensions. In the satisfaction of leisure sports experience, the load of sportsfacilities and sports interest was the largest, both were 0.59. (3) From the difference of path coefficient, theeffect of leisure sports experience satisfaction on environmental restoration sensitivity (0.86) was significantlyhigher than that of environmental perception satisfaction of scenic area (0.26). [Conclusion] Both theenvironmental quality of forest scenic spots and forest leisure sports experience have a significant positiveimpact on tourists’ perception of environmental restoration, but the impact of forest leisure sports experience isgreater than that of scenic spots. The most important factor affecting the satisfaction of forest scenic spotenvironmental perception is the quality of ecological environment, and the biggest factor affecting thesatisfaction of leisure sports experience is the richness of sports facilities and the interest of forest sports. Forforest sports tourist attractions, more attention should be paid to how to improve the richness and interest offorest leisure sports.
