摘要
分析了装备完好性及其重要意义,提出把装备完好性作为装备全系统全寿命管理的主要抓手。研究提出了聚焦装备完好性开展装备全系统全寿命管理的主要方法,构建聚焦装备完好性的装备管理模式。为此,应健全装备完好性报告制度,大力推进装备完好性报告系统建设,研究提出了具体对策建议。
The significance of equipment readiness is analysed.The equipment readiness is a suitable grab hands to whole system and whole life cycle equipment management.The main methods of whole system and whole life cycle equipment management focusing on equipment readiness are put forward.and the equipment management mode focusing on equipment readiness is constructed.And for that,the equipment readiness reporting rules need to build,and the equipment readiness reporting system must be constructed.The countermeasures are put forward.
