长输管道建设工程中,焊接技术直接决定施工进度与质量。文章首先对我国当前在长输管道建设工程中常用自动焊工艺及其应用特征进行阐述;其次,从配置、材料、操作工、管理标准四个方面展开现状分析;最后,总结自动焊工艺在长输管道中可行性发展方向及内容。

In the construction of long-distance pipelines,welding technology directly determines the construction schedule and quality.The paper firstly describes the commonly used automatic welding technology and its application characteristics in China's current long-distance pipeline construction projects;secondly,it analyzes the current situation from four aspects of configuration,materials,operators,and management standards;finally,it summarizes the feasibility development direction and content of automatic welding technology in long-distance pipeline.
