摘要
到2030年5G将为超过800万群众提供就业岗位,间接创造1150万个就业岗位,大学生就业迎来了机遇与挑战并驾齐驱的新时代。为探究互联网+时代5G进校园对高校大学生就业的影响状况,采集来自天津理工大学在校生和已毕业现担任公司HR或管理岗的包括行业、专业、城市、薪资、能力要求等指标数据,运用聚类分析、相关分析等多元统计分析方法研究5G对在校学生就业的影响因素。通过建立多元线性回归模型,结果表明5G影响了通讯类岗位增加,计算机能力要求上升,北京上海等一线城市就业机会多且薪资高,计算机、自动化等相关专业需求大。
By 2030,5G will provide more than 8 million people with jobs,indirectly creating 11.5 million jobs,college students'employment ushered in a new era of opportunities and challenges.In order to explore the influence of 5G on college students'employment in the Internet+era,the data of indicators including industry,specialty,city,salary,and ability requirements from students in Tianjin University of Technology and those who have graduated and are currently serving as HR or management posts in the company are collected.The multivariate statistical analysis methods such as cluster analysis and correlation analysis are used to study the influencing factors of 5G on college students'employment.Through the establishment of multiple linear regression model,the results show that 5G affects the increase of communication jobs and the requirement of computer ability.Beijing and Shanghai and other first-tier cities have more job opportunities and high salaries,and there is a large demand for computer,automation and related majors.
