我国耕地面积较大,但人均耕地面积却很小,空间分布不均匀,且存在承包不清、位置不明、面积不准等问题。通过土地确权登记,可以明确农村土地承包经营关系、强化农户对自身土地经营权的保护。有利于农户对自身土地进行农业投保及抵押贷款业务,促进农村的经济发展。传统的农村土地确权受到地形、天气等影响。外业测绘及调绘相当困难,效率低、成本高、精度不好控制。无人机航测技术是一种新兴的测绘技术,具有快速高效、机动灵活、作业成本低等优点。

China has a large area of arable land,but the per capita area of arable land is small,the spatial distribution is uneven,and there are problems such as unclear contracting,unclear location,and inaccurate area.Through land right confirmation and registration,it is possible to clarify the rural land contractual management relationship and strengthen the protection of farmers'own land management rights.It is helpful for farmers to carry out agricultural insurance and mortgage loans for their own land,and promote the economic development of rural areas.Traditional rural land right confirmation is affected by topography and weather.Field surveying and mapping are quite difficult,with low efficiency,high cost,and poor precision control.UAV aerial survey technology is an emerging surveying and mapping technology,which has the advantages of fast and efficient,flexible and low operating cost.
