摘要
WBS工序分解是以工程项目可交付的成果为导向,以工序交验数据标准为基础,以BIM模型为载体,结合移动互联技术,将项目形象进度项、清单、工序等内容进行分组,将项目施工过程中的工程量、进度、分包、质量、安全、成本等各项业务工作分解成可以独立完成的数量管控单元,以工程量复核为基础,关联其他业务,实现工程数量管理、进度管理、分包计量管理、产值统计、物资采购、成本核算等业务的深度融合。研究结果对类似项目管理具有参考和指导意义。
WBS process decomposition is oriented by the deliverable results of the engineering project,based on the process delivery data standard,and the BIM model as the carrier.It combines mobile Internet technology to group project image progress items,checklists,processes,etc.,and decompose various business tasks such as engineering quantity,schedule,subcontracting,quality,safety,cost,etc.in the project construction process into quantity control units that can be completed independently.On the basis of engineering quantity review,it is associated with other businesses to realize the deep integration of engineering quantity management,schedule management,subcontract measurement management,output value statistics,material procurement,cost accounting and other businesses.The research results have reference and guiding significance for similar project management.
