摘要
针对一个远程塔台中心多个远程塔台模块管理多个机场的问题,本文提出了机场最优分配给远程塔台模块的一套优化方法。本文考虑了远程塔台模块、管制员工作量等因素,并以新疆五个小型机场作为案例进行计算分析,得到不同运行模式下最优的机场与远程塔台模块的匹配方法及管制员工作量。此方法使各个远程塔台模块处理的交通流量更加平衡,有效降低远程塔台管制员的工作压力,提高机场的运行安全。
Aiming at the problem of managing multiple airports by multiple remote tower modules in a remote tower center,this paper proposes an optimization method for the optimal allocation of airports to remote tower modules.This paper considers factors such as the remote tower module and the workload of the controller,and takes five small airports in Xinjiang as a case for calculation and analysis,and obtains the optimal matching method between the airport and the remote tower module under different operating modes and the workload of the controller.This method makes the traffic flow handled by each remote tower module more balanced,effectively reduces the working pressure of the remote tower controller,and improves the operational safety of the airport.
