摘要
本文系统阐述地震与气象的几个关键性科学问题,以及地震云与全球地震活动,对地震云成因机理进行了探讨,系统分析了地震云与地震预测理论与技术,最后系统分析了人体科学与现代地震学研究前沿科学问题,人体科学将成为一种新的地震预测灾难的手段,人体科学将为国家的防灾减灾事业增添新理论、新方法、新思路。
This paper systematically elaborates on several key scientific issues of earthquake and meteorology,as well as earthquake clouds and global seismic activity,discusses the genesis mechanism of earthquake clouds,systematically analyzes the theory and technology of earthquake clouds and earthquake prediction,and finally systematically analyzes human science and modern seismology studies cutting-edge scientific issues.Human science will become a new method of earthquake prediction.Human science will add new theories,new methods and new ideas to the country's disaster prevention and mitigation.
