摘要
随着科研人员及团队数量的增加以及人才竞争的加剧,科研团队当中的知识隐藏问题开始凸显,阻碍了企业创新能力的提升。为探究影响企业科研人员知识隐藏的具体因素,基于相关研究成果,结合问卷调查,采用偏最小二乘法建构路径模型进行实证研究。研究表明,企业架构不但会直接对员工个人知识分享意愿产生重要影响,还可以通过影响科研团队自身的组成对科研从业者的知识分享意愿造成一定影响。最后,本文根据结论对企业决策者有效管理科研人员知识隐藏行为提出了建议。
Knowledge hiding in the research team began to emerge with the increasing number of researchers and teams as well as the intensification of talent competition,hindering the improvement of enterprise innovation ability.Based on the relevant research results and questionnaires,this study uses Partial Least Square(PLS)path modeling to carry out an empirical research in order to explore the specific factors affecting the knowledge hiding of enterprise researchers.Research shows that enterprise architecture not only has a directly important impact on the employee's personal knowledge sharing willingness,but also can process on the knowledge sharing willingness of scientific research practitioners by influencing the composition of the scientific research team itself.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the effective management of the knowledge hiding behavior of researchers to enterprise managers.
