On the Self-growth of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Intersubjectivity

摘要 高职院校良好师生关系的构建都是两个主体(辅导员和学生)交互作用的结果。辅导员要关注师生主体间模式,了解学生,肯定学生的主体属性;学会倾听;提升敏锐性和觉察能力,同时学会自我保护和成长。以此建构高职院校的新型师生关系,为高职院校职业教育质量的提升提供助力,更好地为职业教育发展服务。 The construction of good teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges is the result of the interaction between two subjects, that is, counselors and students. Counselors should focus on the intersubjectivity model between teachers and students, understand students, affirm students’ main body attributes, learn to listen, improve acumen and perception, and learn to self-protect and grow at the same time, so as to construct a new relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, offering help for the promotion of vocational education quality and serving the development of vocational education.
