基于“通则不痛”理论探究芳香透窍药在慢性前列腺炎治疗中的作用

Effect of Fragrant Penetrating Drugs in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis Based on"No Obstruction No Pain"

慢性前列腺炎是男性泌尿生殖系统的常见病、多发病,其病因及发病机制复杂,尚未完全明确,临床表现多样,尚无彻底根治的方法,易于迁延反复,缠绵难愈,中医药对慢性前列腺炎有较好疗效。中医学认为“通则不痛”,现代研究证明芳香透窍药麝香、乳香配伍能调控炎症因子,抑制炎症反应,且具有调节前列腺上皮屏障的促通透、促新生作用,从而缓解慢性前列腺炎疼痛症状。基于“通则不痛”理论对芳香透窍药在慢性前列腺炎治疗中缓解疼痛作用进行探讨,为芳香透窍法在慢性前列腺炎中的运用提供一定的临床思路。

Chronic prostatitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease of the male genitourinary system.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex and not yet fully clear,its clinical manifestations are diverse,with no method of radical cure,easily to prolong and repeat,lingering and difficult to recover,the traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on chronic prostatitis.It has been said that"no obstruction no pain"in traditional Chinese medicine,modern studies have proved that the combination of fragrant penetrating drugs Shexiang(Moschus)and Ruxiang(Olibanum)can regulate inflammatory factors,inhibit inflammatory reaction,and have the function of promoting permeability and promoting regeneration by regulating the barrier of prostate epithelium,to relieve the pain symptom of chronic prostatitis.This paper discussed the effect of fragrant penetrating drugs on relieving pain symptom in the treatment of chronic prostatitis based on the theory of"no obstruction no pain",and may provide certain clinical ideas for the application of aromatherapy through orifice method in chronic prostatitis.
