金花茶大苗培育试验

Study on Large Seedling Cultivation of Camellia nitidissima Chi

试验设6个处理,重复4次。结果:芽苗砧嫁接苗、扦插苗采用盖膜保湿的处理经过6个月管护,保存率分别是98.25%和99.05%;其次是高空压条苗盖膜保湿处理,保存率为93.33%;从生长量分析认为,生长较好的是高空压条苗盖膜保湿处理,其平均苗高生长达105.37 cm;其次是高空压条苗不盖膜喷水处理,其平均苗高生长为86.16 cm;地径生长高的是高空压条苗盖膜保湿和高空压条苗不盖膜喷水的2个处理,其平均地径生长分别为1.64 cm和1.52 cm。采用高空压条苗培育大苗,虽然平均苗高、地径生长量显著高于其他处理,其方法在小苗培育时从成年母树上选取健壮枝条,枝条长30~50 cm、径粗0.8~1.5 cm,但是育苗材料浪费大,大批量培育苗木不适宜采用。试验分析表明:在培育金花茶大苗中,采用苗高25~30 cm的芽苗砧嫁接苗和扦插苗,移栽于大规格的营养杯,通过遮阳与盖膜保湿培育,经过6个月的管护,其苗木高度达60~70 cm,大苗保存率达98%以上,适宜于大批量规模化培育金花茶大苗。

This experiment consists of 6 treatments and repeated 4 times.The results were as follows:The preservation rates of the covered film moisturizing treatment at the bud anvil grafting seedlings and the cuttings seedlings were 98.25%and 99.05%.The preservation rates of the Treatment covered film moisturizing at high-altitude layering was 93.33%.According to the analysis of growth amount,the best was the treatment covered film moisturizing at high-altitude layering.The average growth of the seedling height was 105.37 cm.The second was the spraying treatment of high-altitude pressed seedlings without a film,and the average growth of the seedling height was 86.16 cm.The best growth of ground diameter were the treatment covered film moisturizing at high-altitude layering and the spraying treatment of high-altitude pressed seedlings without a film.The average were 1.64 cm and 1.52 cm respectively.The average of seedling height and growth of ground diameter by treatment of high-altitude pressed seedlings were significantly higher than the other treatments,and the preservation rate by the film covered for moisturized was also higher.The method is to select strong branches from the adult mother tree when the seedlings are cultivated,the branches are 30-50 cm long and the diameter is 0.8-1.5 cm.However,there is a large waste of seedling material,which is not suitable for large-scale cultivation of seedlings.According to the experimental analysis,in the cultivation of Camellia grandiflora seedlings,grafted seedlings and cuttings with a seedling height of 25-30cm were transplanted into large-sized nursery cups,and cultivated by shading and moisturizing.After 6 months of management,its seedling height is 60-70cm,and the large seedling preservation rate is over 98%,which is suitable for large-scale cultivation of large seedlings of Camellia nitidissima Chi..
