摘要
蒸汽发生器是核电厂最重要的设备之一,为保证蒸汽发生器的长期可靠经济运行,秦山重水堆核电厂通过使用吗啉-氨协调控制提高整个二回路系统的高温pH、提升凝结水溶解氧浓度、在凝汽器热阱中增设磁栅过滤器以及优化启停控制等手段来减少二回路系统设备的腐蚀及腐蚀产物进入蒸汽发生器。结果是蒸汽发生器的传热效率和完整性得到很好维护,从蒸汽发生器内冲洗出来的腐蚀产物量在世界核电运营者联合会评估时被专家确认是最少的,同时"吗啉-氨协调控制"方法被认定为强项并向全世界核电厂推荐;另外本论文中减少二回路系统腐蚀的方法和减少腐蚀产物侵入蒸汽发生器的措施也可供其他核电厂参考借鉴。
Steam generator(SG)is one of the key equipment in nuclear power plant,to ensure the long-term reliable and economical operation of the SG,measures including morphlineammonia combination control to increase at-temperature pH,elevate dissolved oxygen concentration in condensate,install a magnetic fence filter in condenser and optimize water chemistry during start up and shutdown are studied and applied in Qinshan pressurized heavy water reactor nuclear power plant(PHWR)to reduce secondary side equipment corrosion and minimize corrosion products ingress into SGs.As a result,the heat transfer efficiency and integrity of SGs have been guaranteed.Corrosion product inventory by lancing is regarded as the least by experts of World Association of Nuclear Operators,and the morphline-ammonia combination control method is deemed as "strength"and recommended to other nuclear power plants.Additionally,the strategy to reduce corrosion of secondary system and the detailed measures to minimize corrosion product into SGs can be used for reference for other nuclear power plants.
