核电厂维修规则中确定风险重要类的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 国家核安全局2017年8月发布《改进核电厂维修有效性的技术政策(试行)》,对《核动力厂运行安全规定》(HAF103)中关于核电厂维修相关要求做了进一步的补充和拓展,主要用于指导核电厂营运单位对维修有效性及维修活动的风险进行监测和管理。本文结合国际已有的实践经验,提出基于PSA技术结合专家判断的方法和流程来确定纳入维修规则体系中系统设备的风险重要类,供国内核电厂开发维修规则借鉴。 The National Nuclear Safety Administration issued the"Technical Policy for Improving the Effectiveness of Nuclear Power Plant Maintenance(Trial)"in August2017,which further supplements and expands the relevant requirements for nuclear power plant maintenance in the"Regulations on Nuclear Power Plant Operation Safety"(HAF103)It is mainly used to guide the operating organization of nuclear power plants to monitor and manage the effectiveness of maintenance and the risks of maintenance activities.Based on the existing practical experience,this paper proposes a method and process based on PSA technology combined with expert judgment to determine the risk significant categories of SSCs included in the maintenance rule for reference in the development of maintenance rules at domestic nuclear power plants.
