摘要
某核电厂MTU956应急柴油机在月度定期试验中,突发A1-B1缸动力单元组件损坏故障,造成多个组件损伤。其中,主润滑油管道被击穿引起柴油机润滑油压力低,致使保护停机,使电厂遭受巨大经济损失。本文主要通过对损坏组件的材料学全面检测分析,综合分析结论确定A1-B1缸动力单元组件事件发生的根本原因为曲轴制造阶段残留金属异物导致连杆大端轴瓦烧毁,并提出了监测建议,对核电厂应急柴油机运维具有重要意义。
In the monthly regular test of MTU956 emergency diesel engine in a nuclear power plant,the power unit components of A1-B1 cylinder were damaged suddenly,resulting in many components damage.Among them,the breakdown of the main lubricating oil pipeline causes the low lubricating oil pressure of the diesel engine,which leads to the shutdown of the protection and the huge economic loss of the power plant.This paper mainly analyzes the material science of the damaged components,and concludes that the root cause of the event of the power unit components of A1-B1 cylinder is the burning of the connecting rod large end bearing bush caused by the residual metal foreign matters in the manufacturing stage of the crankshaft,and puts forward the monitoring suggestions,which is of great significance to the operation and maintenance of the emergency diesel engine in the nuclear power plant.
