摘要
本文提出一种可以直接利用电磁感应高效烧结UO2燃料芯块的方法,利用ANSYS有限元软件研究不同结构参数对电磁感应发热体发热效果的影响,并据此对电磁感应发热体进行优化。计算结果表明,当外部发热体开缝方式为纵向开3条缝,横向在两侧开3条缝,纵向缝宽3 mm,横向缝宽4.5mm时,内部和外部发热体都具有较高的发热效率和较好的温度均匀性,可实现UO2燃料芯块的高效均匀烧结。
We design a heating unit that can sinter UO2 pellets efficiently by electromagnetic induction.We use ANSYS to investigate the influences of different structure parameters of the heating unit on the heating efficiency.The results reveal that,the structure of the outside heating unit with three horizontal gaps and three vertical gaps will gain optimum heating efficiency and sinter the UO2 pellet fast in that mode.The optimal gap width is 4.5 mm for the horizontal gaps and 3 mm for the vertical gaps.
