Endoscopically managed sunflower bezoar

摘要 Rectal bezoar is rare.It is important to admit the patient with huge colorectal phytobezoars to hospital for monitoring,especially if patient needs several endoscopic trials for evacuation.We presented a case of 14-year-old male patient with phytobezoars of sunflower seed extending from the recto sigmoid junction till the anus.The patient was successfully managed with endoscopic evacuation.
