In the 2020s,a new generation of service model based on the network collaborative platform and Cloud Manufacturing has been identified as the key technology and development trend to reshape global manufacturing enterprises.In order to meet the needs of the complex heavy equipment manufacturing industry to transforming to the network collaborative manufacturing service mode,this paper solves the new problem of the coordination of internal and external resources of all participants in the whole business operation,and systematically describes the dynamic and rapid response of the complex heavy equipment network collaborative service mode,collaborative platform functional architecture and technical support.In order to quickly respond to market changes and meet consumer customization needs,this mode can quickly adjust the production and organization mode according to customer orders,realize the full life cycle of complex heavy equipment products long-distance,cross-organizational,multi-professional network collaborative services,improve the overall synergistic effect of the system and bring vitality for innovative products.
