摘要
针对复杂重型装备制造类型多、复杂度高、客户高度定制,现有的串行生产制造模式效率低,成本控制难等问题。通过分析重型装备制造业务流程的特点,挖掘平台运营方、用户、设计、制造四个角色对平台的功能需求,设计了包含平台综合管理、协同设计、协同制造、产品交付和协同运维的复杂重型装备网络化协同制造平台功能架构,并对资源虚拟化、客户需求规范化、任务分解、制造资源匹配与一体化动态调度、协同设计制造知识管理和推荐等平台构建的关键技术进行了研究。
The characteristics of complex heavy equipment manufacturing are multiple types,high complexity,and high customization by customers.There are some problems in the existing serial manufacturing mode,such as low efficiency and difficult cost control.By analyzing the characteristics of heavy equipment manufacturing business process,and excavating the functional requirements of platform operators,users,designers and manufacturers,this paper designs the functional architecture of complex heavy equipment networked collaborative manufacturing platform including platform integrated management,collaborative design,collaborative manufacturing,product delivery and collaborative operation and maintenance.And the key technologies of platform construction such as resource virtualization,customer demand standardization,task decomposition,manufacturing resource matching and integrated dynamic scheduling,collaborative design and manufacturing knowledge management and recommendation are studied.
