摘要
目的复合季铵盐(4.5%)原液与三甘醇雾化剂按1∶9比例复配对密闭装载皮张集装箱微生物的杀灭效果。方法采用菌悬液定量模拟现场法和现场消毒试验对消毒效果进行观察。结果确定了将消毒液(复合季铵盐4.5%)原液与三甘醇雾化剂按1∶9比例复配,施药剂量2 mL/m^3,作用时间120min,灭菌率≥99.2%。结论阐明采用新型超微粒温控雾化机,使用配套药剂复合季铵盐(4.5%)原液与三甘醇雾化剂按1∶9比例复配,施药剂量2 mL/m^3,作用时间120min,为今后进境皮张集装箱免开箱消毒工作中设定准确的投药量与时间提供了科学参考。
Objective To evaluate the germicidal efficacy of compound quaternary ammonium salt(4.5%)stock solution and triethylene glycol(TEG)aerosol at the ratio of 1∶9 on microorganisms in closed leather container.Methods Carrier quantitative method,simulated field method and field disinfection test were used to observe the disinfection effect.Results The mixture of disinfectant solution(compound quaternary ammonium salt(4.5%)and triethylene glycol atomizer in the ratio of 1∶9 was determined,the application dose was 2 mL/m^3,the action time was 120 minutes,and the killing rate was more than 99.2%.Conclusion The new type of ultra-fine particle temperature control atomizer was used,the matching agent compound quaternary ammonium salt(4.5%)stock solution and triethylene glycol atomization agent were compounded in the ratio of 1∶9,the application dose was 2 mL/m^3,and the action time was 120 minutes.It provided a scientific reference for setting accurate dosage and time in the future work of non unpacking disinfection of imported leather sheet containers.
