360例孕妇感染沙眼衣原体、淋病、梅毒及艾滋病的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of 360 Pregnant Women Infected with Chlamydia Trachomatis,Gonorrhea,Syphilis and AIDS

目的总结孕妇感染沙眼衣原体、淋病、梅毒及艾滋病的相关信息,探索预防和控制措施。方法对本院2018年8月~2019年8月期间收入的360例孕妇进行调查分析,对其进行沙眼衣原体、淋病、梅毒及艾滋病筛查,了解孕妇的感染情况,总结相关特征,并分析降低母婴传播发生的策略。结果纳入的360例孕妇中,沙眼衣原体阳性10例,淋病1例,梅毒1例,艾滋病0例。孕妇感染沙眼衣原体、淋病、梅毒的年龄段在20~25岁最高,并且孕妇感染上述疾病受到多方面因素的影响,在不同季节和月份的发生率也有所不同。结论孕妇感染沙眼衣原体、淋病、梅毒及艾滋病需要引起重视,要采取针对性的指导,帮助孕妇了解更多关于感染沙眼衣原体、淋病、梅毒及艾滋病的知识,让孕妇积极配合预防和控制措施。

Objective To summarize the information about chlamydia trachomatis,gonorrhea,syphilis and AIDS in pregnant women,and to explore the prevention and control measures. Methods 360 pregnant women from August 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital were investigated and analyzed.They were screened for Chlamydia trachomatis,gonorrhea,syphilis and AIDS,to understand the infection of pregnant women,summarize the relevant characteristics,and analyze the strategies to reduce the incidence of mother to child transmission. Results among 360 pregnant women,10 were positive for Chlamydia trachomatis,1 for gonorrhea,1 for syphilis and 0 for AIDS. Pregnant women infected with Chlamydia trachomatis,gonorrhea,syphilis in the age of 20-25 years old was the highest,and pregnant women infected with the above diseases were affected by many factors,and the incidence in different seasons and months was also different. Conclusion Pregnant women infected with Chlamydia trachomatis,gonorrhea,syphilis and AIDS need to be paid attention to. Targeted guidance should be taken to help pregnant women learn more about chlamydia trachomatis,gonorrhea,syphilis and AIDS,so that pregnant women can actively cooperate with prevention and control measures.
