基于“专业+创业”的高职电商专业人才培养模式研究——以义乌工商职业技术学院为例

Study on E-commerce Talent Training Model Based on"Professional + Entrepreneurship":Take Yiwu Vocational College of Industry and Commerce as Example

创业教育成为高职深化教育教学改革的重要方式,义乌工商职业技术学院电商专业积极探索专业教育与创业教育的融合,积累了丰富经验。在对“专业+创业”人才培养模式的必要性、专业教育与创业教育融合的影响因素进行分析的基础上,从修订培养方案、推进协同创新和推动教学改革方面,就义乌工商职业技术学院电商专业“专业+创业”人才培养模式的构建路径进行研究,对高职电商专业“专业+创业”人才培养模式的困境及对策展开探讨,以期为高职专业教育与创业教育的融合提供借鉴。

It is sure that entrepreneurship education has become an important way for higher vocational education to deepen the reform of education and teaching.E-commerce major of Yiwu Industrial&Commercial College has explored the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education with some experiences.Based on analyzing the necessity of the"professional+entrepreneurial"talent cultivation model,research team focus on Yiwu from revising training plan,promoting collaborative innovation,and enhancing teaching reform.Then,the paper tries to constructing path of"professional+entrepreneurial"talent cultivation model in e-commerce major.Hopefully,the study can provides reference for professional education and entrepreneurship.
