中职院校P(C-A-E)心理服务方案刍议

摘要 中职院校作为当下社会培养技术人才的直接单位,需要相对完善且有针对性的心理服务体系,以应对中职生可能出现的各类心理问题。针对引起中职生个体心理问题、升学心理困惑和就业问题引发的职业规划,提出P(C-A-E)三方合作工作方案,即个体的心理问题与辅导员合作、升学的心理困惑与升学渠道与招生办教师合作、职业规划与就业企业合作,以期有针对性地提出应对解决方案并引导和完善中职生的心理发展。 It is quite clear that secondary vocational colleges,as the direct unit of the current society to cultivate technical talents,need a perfect and targeted psychological service system to deal with the various psychological problems related to students.There is no doubt thatthere exist psychological confusion among secondary vocational students such as individual psychological problems in daily life,the psychological confusion of higher education and the employment problem caused by the career planning.Obviously,the P(C-A-E)tripartite cooperation work programme is to figure out the individual's psychological problems and counselors cooperation,the psychological confusion of higher education and the channel cooperation,career planning and employment enterprise cooperation.The aim isto guide and perfect the psychological development of secondary vocational students.
