金融集聚水平与地区经济增长——基于内蒙古面板数据的比较分析

Financial Agglomeration Level and Regional Economic Growth——A Comparative Analysis Based on Panel Data of Inner Mongolia

金融集聚水平对地区经济增长具有重要的推动作用,但内蒙古自治区不同盟市金融与经济发展情况有所不同。本文通过对内蒙古自治区十二盟市2004-2017年的面板数据进行分析,利用因子分析法测度了内蒙古十二盟市的金融集聚水平;结合全局莫兰指数和局部莫兰散点图,分析了金融集聚与经济增长的空间相关性;在此基础上,通过建立空间杜宾模型,检验了金融集聚对经济增长的影响效应。研究结果表明:金融集聚水平对本地区的经济增长具有明显的正向影响,金融集聚会促进地区经济的发展,但是金融集聚的空间溢出效应不显著,金融集聚水平高的地区未能较好地带动其他地区的经济发展。因此,应加强地区金融中心的建设,完善金融资源的空间分布,推动地区经济的平稳均衡发展。

The level of financial agglomeration plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth;the financial and economic development of leagues in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,however,is different.The panel data of twelve leagues in Inner Mongolia from 2004 to 2017 were investigated,and the financial agglomeration level of these cities was measured through factor analysis.Based on global Moran's I Index and local Moran scatterplot,the spatial correlation between financial agglomeration and economic growth was analyzed.Built on this,through the establishment of the spatial Dubin model,the impact of financial agglomeration on economic growth was examined.The results show that the level of financial agglomeration has a significant positive impact on local economic growth,and financial agglomeration can promote regional economic development.Yet the spatial spillover effect of financial agglomeration is insignificant,and the regions with high level of financial agglomeration cannot promote the economy of other areas.Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen the construction of regional financial centers,improve the spatial distribution of financial resources,and promote the steady and balanced development of the regional economy.
