摘要
文章基于有限元法和流体力学,采用StarmC++软件,对三款商用车进行了内流场分析,得到了吹面模式流线分布结果,吹面风道出口截面速度及主要驾乘人员温度场结果,结果显示,研究车型增加后排出风口配置后,整体内流场温度得到改善,较竞品车型内流场性能具有更大优势,达成设计目标。
In this paper,based on the finite element method and hydrodynamics,this paper analyzes the internal flow field of three commercial vehicles by starmC++,and obtains the streamline distribution results of blowing surface mode,the cross-section velocity of blowing air duct outlet and the temperature field of main drivers and passengers.The results show that after the exhaust outlet configuration is increased,the overall internal flow field temperature is improved and the performance of internal flow field is better than that of competitors With greater advantages to achieve the design goals.
