摘要
LGF即为长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料,具有密度低、比强度高、回收利用率高等特点,对汽车轻量化的发展具有重要意义。文章介绍了长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料在国内外的发展状况、成型工艺、性能特点、现有问题及解决办法,最后针对商用车轻量化的要求,提出采用长玻纤增强PP材料代替原铝合金走台板方案。
Long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite(LGF)have the characteristics of low density,high specific strength and high recycling rate,which are of great significance to the development of lightweight vehicles.This paper introduces the development status,molding process,performance characteristics,existing problems and solutions of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites at home and abroad.Finally,in light of the requirements of commercial vehicle lightweighting,it is proposed to use long glass fiber reinforced PP materials to replace the existing platform which made of aluminum alloy.
